How to request a refund

Email stillwellguides@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Please include your order number and the email address you used at checkout. You don't need to explain why, though we're always grateful for feedback.

What happens next

We'll confirm your request and refund the full purchase price to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.
